Direct-from-India Wholesale Shipping

• Ariya Foods works with Hangrow Foods and logistics partners to coordinate international wholesale shipments from India.

Order Processing

• Processing timelines are confirmed for each order based on product availability, order volume, packaging, and agreed payment terms.

Shipping Method

• Bulk orders are generally shipped by ocean freight, including container or LCL shipments, depending on order size, destination, and logistics requirements.

Estimated Timeline

• Approximately 8–12 weeks for many international wholesale shipments, subject to origin preparation, vessel schedules, port handling, customs clearance, and final delivery.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are determined by order size, weight/volume, destination, shipping method, and applicable logistics charges.

Import & Customs Responsibilities

• The applicable quotation or sales agreement will specify responsibility for import clearance, duties, taxes, documentation, and final delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

• Notify Ariya promptly, preferably within 48 hours, with photographs and shipment/order details.

Returns & Refunds

• Food-product returns generally are not accepted. Claims involving damage, defects, shortages, or incorrect products will be reviewed according to the applicable sales terms.
